Tickets
Accessible tickets should be purchased in advance. Tickets are available for both wheelchair users and those with ambulant accessible needs.
Free Essential Companion tickets are for customers who need somebody to assist them in accessing our services/facilities.
Essential Companion tickets are available for shows and events ticketed directly by Bilston Town Hall. Some promoters choose to sell tickets on different platforms and may not offer Essential Companion tickets. You will need to contact them directly via their ticketing platform to enquire if they offer this service.

Below is a list of documents we might take into consideration when considering to allocate a complimentary ticket:
PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
DLA Letter from a medical professional
Carer's Allowance
A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol
Social Services letter
Mobility allowance
Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
A personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker
Benefit award letters

Venue
The auditorium is located on the first floor and can be accessed via a lift or staircase.
Seated events - Accessible seating is located on the end of the aisles, closest to the exit/entrance.
Standing events - Limited seating may be available for some events on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the nature of standing events an unobstructed view of the stage or available seating is not guaranteed.
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please contact boxoffice@wolverhampton.gov.uk to let us know if you are bringing an assistance dog with you so that we can ensure adequate space for you.
